Harmonie State Park

This was one of our favorite campgrounds on our trip back to Colorado. The solitude and abundance of trees made our one night stay very pleasurable. We were fortunate to camp mid-week and had almost the whole loop to ourselves. We had a pull-through site with a gravel pad. There are only electric hook ups, but water was nearby to fill our tank. This park is a lot larger than it looks and has a swimming pool. The park itself is right next to the Wabash River, but our site was not by the river. To access the river, you have to drive on a road that comes off the main road of the park. We were in awe with how dense the forests are here and everything was so green. The cost is $23/night.

This campsite is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5.
