The perfectly adjusted Weight distribution hitch

Have you guys had issues with your weight distribution hitch? We’ve always been a bit paranoid that our hitch wasn’t installed exactly right because the back of our tow vehicle seemed really low and the front looked too lifted. When driving at night our headlights looked like they were on the high beam setting when they were not.
So, today we visited an authorized hitch dealer and service center (Hitch Corner in Littleton, CO) and had them take a look at our setup. They definitely noticed our tow vehicle being unlevel and asked us if the trailer dealership measured all the wheel wells of our tow vehicle when installing our hitch. Our dealer definitely did not. They suggested that it be adjusted so that the back of the tow vehicle and the front of the trailer would be raised which in turn would lower the front of our tow vehicle. We went ahead and had them fix it. It cost us a pretty penny at $150. We did not have an appointment, so they were nice enough to do it right then as we waited which it took about 45 minutes to adjust. We immediately noticed a difference visually and while driving. Despite the cost, we feel much better with the adjustment. We had a great experience with Hitch Corner as they are very knowledgeable and provided great service. Is it just us, or have you guys experienced sub par service at your dealership or needed your weight distribution hitch readjusted?

My wife and I are picking up our new G19FBS this weekend. Our tow vehicle, for now, will be my 2020 4Runner. I’m planning to measure the wheel wells before and after the dealership hooks it up. How has your 4Runner done? Does it feel fairly stable? I have to admit I’m a little nervous about the whole thing.
